High School Student Leaders are essential members of the Outdoor School team.

High School Leaders at Outdoor School are role models, teachers, motivators, and care-givers to the students who attend.  Our program relies on the skills, enthusiasm and dedication that High School Leaders bring to Outdoor School.  We hope that the experience of volunteering at ODS (Outdoor School) is one that helps you grow as an individual and gain new skills and confidence.  We are here to help you achieve that!

What do we look for in HS Student Leaders?

All different personalities make great leaders at Outdoor School.  We love to include HS students who have diverse experiences and interests and who are excited to work with younger students.
